Here is the full text of the Decree, as in Naples on July 7, 1820 by the Duke of Calabria as vicar general of Ferdinand I, and published under number 3 of Collection of laws and royal decrees , with whom is adopted for the kingdom of the Two Sicilies, the constitution of Spain the year 1812 :
"By virtue of ' note of yesterday's date , with which our August His Majesty the Parent has transferred to us with the fullest' clause Alter Ego the exercise of any right, privilege, prominence and power in the same way that you could have MS; a result of the decision to write a constitution for the MS State ; Wishing We express all our feelings of his subjects, and second at the same time for their unanimous vote, we have resolved to decree and ordain as follows.
Article 1. The Constitution of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies is the same adopted for the kingdom of Spain in 1812, and sanctioned by His Catholic Majesty in March of this year: Save the Representation of the National believes constitutionally convened to propose to fit the particular circumstances of 'royal dominions.
2. We reserve to adopt any other provisions that may be needed to facilitate and accelerate the implementation of this decree.
3. All our secretaries of state Ministers are charged with the execution of this decree.
