Basic Law of the Kingdom of Two Sicilies

Record of the full text, as published in the Collection of laws and decrees under number 565, of the Basic Law of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, still bearing the institution's Stationery general of that kingdom , given by Ferdinand Caserta 's December 8, 1816:

"The Congress of Vienna at the solemn that Europe ought to re-establish justice and peace, confirming the legitimacy of 'the rights of our crown, he recognized us and our heirs and successors, King of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, such an act ratified by all the Powers, wanting us, for that matter, send it to full effect, we have determined to order and provide for stable and perpetual law of 'our states the following provisions: Article 1
. All of our real dominions on this side and beyond the lighthouse will be the realm of Two Sicilies. 2. We assume that the title since the time of publication of this law is as follows: FERDINAND I. By the grace of God King of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, Jerusalem c. Infante of Spain, Duke of Parma, Piacenza, Castro, ec. ec. Hereditary Grand Prince of Tuscany ec. ec. ec. 3. All documents that will emanate from us, or that will be shipped in our real name from 'funzionarj public in our kingdom of the Two Sicilies, we will be entitled as set out in the preceding article. 4. The plenipotenze and licenses that are given to 'our ambassadors, ministers and agents from any foreign powers, will be immediately withdrawn, and reciprocate with others in the same time be sent to the wording of Article 2. 5. The succession in the kingdom of the Two Sicilies will be perpetually governed with the law of our August father Charles III, promulgated in Naples in October 6th day of the year 1759. 6. We establish a Registry General of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, which will always be in our place of ordinary residence, and will be presided over by one of 'our secretaries of state ministers, who will hold the title of Chancellor Minister of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies . 7. it will be held in the Chancellery general register and deposit of all laws and decrees to be issued by us. 8. Chancellor Minister shall affix the seal to all our real, our laws and decrees, and recognize and mark them in our signature. The same will be responsible for shipment of all our laws and decrees with all the powers that be in the kingdom of the Two Sicilies, and will watch for the publication and collection. 9. There will be over it in a Registry General Council for discussion and preparation of the state's most important business before you take from 'our ministers to our sovereign decision of our Council of State, and take the name of the Supreme Council of Chancery . Minister Chancellor shall be the President. 10. One of our particular law will establish the internal organization of the Registry General, and determine more clearly the powers of the Minister and Chancellor of the Supreme Council of Chancery. We
